Iris Kollect

IRIS-Kollect is a part of the IRIS (Infrastructure Renewal Intelligence System) software suite. IRIS is an asset management application that utilizes asset data and performs asset management calculations and analyses. It projects the future asset Rehabilitation and Replacement (R&R) needs, highlights high-risk assets, calculates the appropriate budget required to mitigate the high-risk assets, and identifies assets that require rehabilitation or replacement on a year-by-year basis.

Kollect is designed to provide the user the capability to collect asset data on the go (during site surveys) and seamlessly synchronize it with the IRIS data server. It allows the user to download the latest data from the server, add or update asset records including pictures and geolocation, and upload the data back to the backend database. It not only helps the user in asset inventory but also with day-to-day asset condition assessment and reporting.
